I've tried it. In PE at school we had a session or two, at first it felt sort of silly but it actually worked quite well, it actually loosens the limbs quite a bit. I'd recommend it.
It was maybe 6 years ago or so and I have forgotten most of it, but the parts I remember I use now and then.

yeah, it helps a ton with my circulation and for my joint pain. To anyone with any arthritis or carpal tunnel I'd highly suggest giving it a shot. It's supposed to boost the immune system and has been shown in tests to actually reduce cancer and other more serious illnesses, too.
