I went over to 411 to read an old feud, when surprise, I couldn't find it. It seems like a LOT of older threads from the 411fed Feuding Archive are missing...now obviously this isn't 411, but I felt this was important for me to note here, because that's a lot of feuding history that's poofed mysteriously....

Nothing really occurred per say, he just sucks, there's supposed to be a big software upgrade for the forum for about 3 years now.

Yeah. Ashish is purging old posts. I got a warning from Coren, but I don't know how much we've managed to archive of the old stuff. I don't know how much pull you have as a mod over there, DeSean, but it may be worth impressing on him that the archives in that part of the forum are actually worth something to people. I might start archiving the FWRFed stuff anyway, because if he starts doing this regularly, or the upgrade cuts stuff off at a certain point, we're gonna see a lot of shit disappearing.

I hope the old posts are somehow recoverable by him via backup, otherwise...well, that's a lot of stuff down the tubes.

I really have no pull whatsoever, I know Coren and DU have tried to a forum upgrade for some time now, since I've been a mod and perhaps longer. According to them though, Ashish isn't a big fan of the forums and deems it as a necessary evil.

That's been the attitude for a loooong time... It's why this place came into existence in the first place.
