Post Iron Hand - Apprehended!
Name: Iron Hand

Real Name: Originally known as Justice.

Identity: Known.

Appearance:

Height: 6' 5"

Birthplace: Washington DC

Powers:

Telekenesis - Iron Hand is so adept with his powers that he is capable of short bursts of flight, as well as duplicating feats of super strength.

Superhuman resilience

Origin: Iron Hand was the product of a highly dangerous and controversial experiment by a mystery (and possibly rogue) government agency. He was created in a lab, cloned from the DNA of the frozen WWII-era Axis Supervillain "Iron Cross", who was taken into custody by the Columbian Government at the end of the War. Iron Hand, originally known as Justice, was intended to be a Columbian version of Iron Cross to win the Cold War for the forces of democracy. Replicating (albeit in a limited form) the powers of Iron Cross, the agency in control of Justice attempted to keep his true origins secret lest he end up like his "father", but they couldn't hide the truth forever, and Justice ended up finding out that he was created from the DNA of the living embodiment of the Aryan Ãœbermensch. His mind shattered by the revelation, Justice changed his name to Iron Hand and became obsessed with carrying on Iron Cross's legacy. He led an underground cell of Nazi skinheads for several decades before finally being apprehended and incarcerated by Captain Paragon. Now he's broken free in the chaos of New Amsterdam's power outages. He was injured during his escape, but, holing up in a safe house, is preparing to return to his followers and start a new revolution.

Personality: Iron Hand is a vile and twisted individual, a right-wing Neo-Nazi fascist who has adopted the exact philosophy his gene-father embodied. He doesn't have the dark intellect of Iron Cross however, and is little more than an angry thug attempting to emulate his primogenitor.

Villain History:

As Justice, served on The Force shortly before the Unmasking Act caused its dissolution

As Justice, engaged, and was victorious over, the Soviet Squad on multiple occasions
