Appearance:

(as Ray Mason) Boy with black hair, long bangs just above his bright blue eyes, and glasses. Generally wears casual clothes. Very thin appearance. Wears a dark green pendant of sorts on a chain around his neck.

(as Hell Razor) Hair is much longer and body gains a full set of muscles, though still has a fairly sleek appearance. Slightly more mature appearance as well as a bit taller, and slightly deeper voice. Wears a set of gray, long gloves, and a black 'armor' vest, black tights, gothic shades. Teeth become slightly more fang-like.

(as 'New Moon' Hell Razor) Becomes even taller, and twice as ripped, with a black flame aura around his body. Eye whites turn completely black, hair becomes longer and spiker. Long demonic horns emerge from the sides of his head. Skin turns almost completely black and he overall becomes more feral and demon-like.

Powers:

* Transformation. Ray can transform himself into Hell Razor using the pendant around his neck. He merges with the demon soul inside his body for his powers. The personality of the demon becomes more prominent, though he is still in control of his body. However, on new moons if he transforms his body becomes completely the demon's, and uncontrollable.

* Superhuman speed and precision. Unable to fly, though he can jump so far and high and move so quickly this is almost a non-issue.

* Able to track living beings by their Chi aura, inperceptible to normal humans.

* Able to control and manipulate black fire.

* Chi Bomb: Focuses inner energy into a compressed bomb and launches it at the opponent. Only able to be used once a day, and is often a last resort because the explosive force is so great and can cause casualities.

* Incredibly advanced swordsmanship. Uses two long regeneratable samurai swords, close to the length of Sephiroth's Masamune.

* Other undiscovered powers.


Origin: Ray was a boy far too interested in the supernatural for his own good. After uncovering a pendant hidden in the basement of his house he found he was able to communicate with a demon entrapped inside. The demon attempted to possess Ray, however his attempts proved unsuccessful, instead partially merging his powers into Ray's body. Ray found that these newfound abilities could be quite useful, and so the two formed a symbiotic relationship of sorts, although begrudgingly. The demon, of unknown origin and so far unnamed, has noted that he would like to kill Ray if he could. They don't like particularly each other, though they understand that they depend on each other and often put their differences aside and cooperate.


Personality: Ray is a high school senior, somewhat of the nerd type. He can be a chessmaster of sorts when his brain power is needed, but is otherwise relaxed and sometimes even playful. He's still young, so while he has a sense of justice, he doesn't have the full 'superhero mentality' that your traditional superhero has.

When in his Hell Razor form, he can be somewhat violent, though he usually aims not to kill villians. Catching villians is somewhat of a fun game of his, and he generally likes to experiment and see what he can do. He is not completely unruly, however and tries not to stray too far to the 'dark' side, he is using demonic powers, and thus must be careful with them. He will generally try to subdue his enemies first and capture them, however if they leave him with no choice but to use lethal force he will do so. He may also try to kill supervillians who are repeat offenders and keep finding ways out of jail.

When under control of the demon, he is unruly and destructive, slaughtering villians mercilessly as well as innocent standby and even other heroes.
