Well, the issue is this: tag team feuding isn't easy unless you have really good chemistry with your partner. Plus, it's really annoying being in four-way feuds every single session, because coordinating that amount of people in one feud is difficult. You always end up waiting on someone.

Now, for there to be viable tag champions, we need two people who can overcome those two obstacles. Then, for there to be a division, we need at least two more. I don't think our roster is currently deep enough for that. Pretty much since I've been here they've been vanity belts, and always ended up either being vacated or defended in some really weird way (like freebirding it, or having some weird three-way nonsense that didn't involve one or other character). They just don't serve much of a purpose, and cause more problems than they solve.

We have too few feuders right now to have a tag scene, so we won't be bringing back tag belts until that changes. It's just the flow of things; it's not really a problem that needs solving.

Speaking of belts, is the World title only defended at Endgame (besides special circumstances like Bam using his Majestic Cup match against Darkness at the last PPV)?

It's supposed to be defended every PPV. The Majestic Cup was an exception because of the special nature of the match Darkness was in.

It's supposed to be defended on pretty much every ppv, as are all the non-Bleeder titles. We've just had some issues lately.
