Deadzone gets a major chance to prove himself against a tag team.

(The days after Havoc had passed now, several of them to be exact, though just now, DeadZone was only fully recovered. Yes, that triple threat match he had been in with Drakus and TI had taken out a lot from his body, as well as his mind too. Yes, in DeadZone's mind, after that loss, he was beginning to think that, perhaps, he just wasn't cut out for wrestling in this fed, Beginning to think that, maybe, He would never get as close to any sort of title like he did to that Majestic Cup at all. And thus, he contemplated his fate as he walked into what appeared to be a bar somewhere in San Juan. However, once he was fully in, to DeadZone's surprise, he noticed something a bit...off...about said bar. One part of the bar, it seemed, had been sectioned off and turned into four tables, upon which four square boxes were stationed on each one. Each one of these boxes had what looked like typewriter keys in front of it, yet these keys weren't attached to a typewriter like DeadZone was used to, they seemed separate from this square box. Cocking a curious brow, DeadZone had never really saw anything quite like this, he slowly walked over to the first table, where a Patron was busy typing in a web address, and he settled next to him, in a standing position.)

DeadZone: Say pal.....What is that there?

Patron: What? This? This here's a computer man...

DeadZone: (A pause, he raises a brow again) A.....what now?

Patron: (A bit incredulous) A computer dude.....haven't you ever heard of a computer?

(A computer? A computer, DeadZone thought? No, he quite frankly had never heard of one before, let alone ever see one. Sure, he had read science fiction stories about people using "computers" to gather information, but that was going to be the future, this was now, the present. It was kind of crazy when he thought about it. If a person wanted to get information and such, as this patron was apparently getting, all he needed to do was pick up a newspaper or watch the news on TV....not this...not this, "computer" as he called it. Watching the screen of it with a curious brow, the Patron, after an uneasy silence, broke it.)

Patron: Are you....from one of those countries that doesn't have Internet connections or something man?

DeadZone: Inter-what?

Patron: (A somewhat annoyed sigh now) Let me guess, you've never heard of the Internet either....Jeez, you must be from Micronesia or something....

DeadZone: Hey mack! Lay off the insults and just tell me what this Inter-net thing is huh?

Patron: You....promise to leave me alone if I do?

DeadZone: (A pause) Yeah....sure.... (Pulls up a nearby chair and sits next to the Patron)

Patron: Ok then, well, in easiest terms possible, the Internet is a communication device that allows people the world over to bitch about wrestling federations, wrestlers, and wrestling in general....

DeadZone: Hey, Hey, Hey....Back up a sec there....did you say....wrestling?

Patron: Oh, yeah....that's one of the more popular things on the Internet.....there's about a million wrestling websites scattered around it, most of them run by teens and such, and they use it to bitch about whatever thing in wrestling is pissing them off....what wrestler isn't getting pushed enough, what wrestler should have won what match, that sort of thing....

(All of this information was just flooring DeadZone. There were people on the "Internet" who spent their days talking about wrestlers, rather then just see them live in person? It was insane! At this rate, soon, people were just gonna stay on these "websites" and not even bother to go see shows anymore, it was all too much for DeadZone. The Patron continued to talk.)

Patron: Though not all of these websites are about bitching you know....some of them actually give information...uh.....here....for example.... (He types in a web address) www.TCW.com......that's a fed that's supposedly got a show coming around here in a week or so....

(DeadZone's eyes widened in surprise. His very fed, on the "Internet"...It really *was* out of some crazy Science Fiction story.)

Patron: Ok, let's see here..... (Clicks around the site a bit) Ok then..... (A screen comes up showcasing the latest "Revoulcion" card.) This is the card for the show, couple of decent matches here....nothing too bad....

(As DeadZone's eyes look over the screen, he suddenly gasps when he spots his name on the card:

"DeadZone Vs. Jaguar and Eddie Isley")

DeadZone: Say! Say wait a sec! Stop for a second..... (A pause, he looked closely at the names of his opponents, an apparent tag team.) Are those names, able to click to any sort of.....web page, did you call it?

Patron: Uh....well yeah, each name can be clicked and brought up into a bio of the wrestler....

(Well, Well, a bio on his future opponents huh? This "Internet" and "computer" may come in use after all. Slowly, DeadZone stood up and spoke)

DeadZone: The....nearby hotels here......do they.....get these "computers" and the "Internet" as well?

Patron: (Nods) They should.....

DeadZone: (Grins slowly) Then I've got a hotel to get too....thanks mac!

(With that, DeadZone gets up and races out of the bar, as the Patron can only watch him, then shake his head)

Patron: Damn Micronesian tourist.....
