And doesn't it just make you want to see him smile all the more? Romero and Nicholson never smiled ALL the time. You'll see those teeth at some point in The Dark Knight.
Besides, you look at his cheeks and the smile is indeed there. Albeit in 'Glasgow' razor blade fashion. This shit's EVIL.
