Well he's had the plan for Changeling for longer..so inflitrating the other side could have been preplanned
Civil War isn't out til mid feb now.

What I figured would happen is that Daredevil (Rand) was captured on purpose. The cells in the Negative Zone are configured for each prisoner, so Daredevil's wouldn't have been safeguarded for Iron Fist. Cap knows it's Danny, so Danny gets caught, locked away, and waits for the signal. Iron Fists his way out, sets some guys free, and there's your backup.
But Changeling is cool too. I like him.
