Why the hell don't these threads show up as new?
I love King, but money has prevented me from picking up his last few books. I've got all of his older stuff and have a few signed copies. He used to do a haunted house during halloween at his house, which is freakin awesome if you've never seen it and I went once. Really nice, down to earth guy. IT is probably my favorite book, but I dug Salem's Lot, too. The others are good, but those two just stick with me. I loved some of his short stories, too. "The Mist" would rank as my fave in that category.
And not all of his movies suck. Lest we forget The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile and Stand By Me.

Watching Rob Lowe "pantomime" was horrible. And I'm sorry, but satan, no matter how evil you think he is...he does not wear a mullett and a jean jacket.

No, nor would Jamey Sheridan have been my first choice to play him, but I digress. On the whole, for what it was, it wasn't bad at all.
