The Who are way overated. And you prove my boring and unchallenging comments by pointing out that OCS want to sound like them so much it's untrue. Unoriginal pap.
And corporate isn't the right word, just can't think what is. They're just like Oasis, Stereophonics and the Manics in that they've found 'their sound' and a decent fanbase who will buy whatever they churn out. Then what they do is release the same old crap with a different cover. All these bands started out pretty great, but then proceded never to move on and do something different. End result: you end up owning 5 copies of what basically is the same cd.
Give me Blur or Radiohead, bands who've managed to move on and innovate, anyday over them.

I don't really dislike OCS. I've got Mosely Shoals and their B-Sides album. But comparing them to the White Stripes, HELL NO DUDE.
