Re: I am OPTIMISM BOY! My DSL internet connection kept cutting out for no reason, forcing me to manually reboot the router, taking a useless amount of time and inconvenience. Upon calling to complain the guy had me adjust some router settings. This did not fix things. Deciding he didn't help any, I put things back the way I thought it should be. Since then I have noticed that my download speeds are 10x slower. The DSL still cuts out from time to time.
