I didn't realise that show was still on!

Which base did you get to with your date, Sandman? I don't actually know what the bases are: I'm just imitating the nomenclature of modern popular culture.
And speaking of Smallville, I've never watched it, but I was having a conversation with a friend about it yesterday. Presumably the ending is a foregone conclusion, isn't it? "What will happen to Clark Kent?!" Uh...he'll put on a blue suit and become Superman, then get a job as a reporter for a newspaper in Metropolis. Lex Luthor will still be around and they'll end up arch enemies. Prequel series are hard.

Well, yeah, the whole prequel thing was working for them. Every once in a while Clark would develop a new ability and it was a treat. A good example is Clark's heat vision developed in high school when he was starting to think dirty thoughts about Lana Lang. :: Blam:: there went the chemistry lab.
There have been many times that the show got terrible, but then they'd run an ok story again. I really liked it when there was a season story arc, but this whole season was all over the place.
I won't spoil anything in case someone has yet to see the finale, and wants to, but it really had no epic conclusion/cliffhanger, just thrown together trash.

I made a Chuck Norris Mii I still play the baseball game and sometimes he's on my team. When the pitcher throws the ball, Chuck Norris looks at it and the ball flies in the opposite direction.
