Well, not really.

I went to a bookshop and, being the modern/lazy man that I am, paid using my card. It cost me £7.20. However, the guy must have pressed some buttons wrong, and he ended up charging me £72. Annoying. So he goes to reverse the debit, but somehow manages to charge me another £72! So he gets the shop's card and tries to refund me the full amount, but for some reason the refund keeps getting refused. Then they didn't actually have enough cash in the shop to give me the money they owed me!

So they took my name and number and they're going to get back to me when they have the money I guess. How fucking hard is it to charge £7.20 for something? Jesus Christ.
