Have you ever tried using a product such as hardware or software at a company and you're the best person around at it. Using the product and troubleshooting it. There's support, but only phone support. You just wish they could just send someone over and fix the piece of shit but that isn't going to happen, so you're screwed because no one else can help? Well, on what scale to your 20 does backups fall? Are they worth 10 because of the sheer importance of not losing data and how often they fail?
