It could be Megatron - he's been reimagined as a "futuristic jet" because Bay didn't want any size changing going on between modes. He compared Megatron turning into a gun to a Jedi turning into his lightsaber, and I kind of agree with him.

It's Starscream, and he's a F22 Raptor. As for Megatron, you'd be right... he's a Cybertronian jet, not that you'll see that particular form in the trailer.
