I really have to go to the bathroom. I have almost no TP left, and nothing I can use in place of TP such as paper towels or tissues. My wallet is for some idiotic reason in my girlfriend's purse and will be for at least another 6 or 7 hours so I can't buy more. I have no idea what to do.

There aren't even payphones within at least 25 miles of here. I have no idea where I'd find a toilet.

Oh, wait - simple solution: use the toilet, and then have a very thorough shower. It's going to be tough going for a while there, but you'll be clean in the end.
