I agree with what you guys have been saying, there is among doctors a deeply helod fear of anything psycholigical or anything that needs to be prodded at. It's much easier to fling pills at it.
I actually have a great example of this. [Edited out by request, stuff about me knowing shit:)]
Now instead of asking me why I was worried and depressed and making a real examination they reached for the pills that after my visit to the hospital I ended up forgetting to take for a month and was none the wiser of.
All in all medical science is getting greedy and lazy and want a pill muching population to live off os.
