My girlfriend is great.
the other night I was channel surfing and stopped to hear Barack Obama on some news show. I really haven't heard him speak so I thought I'd give it a minute. My g/f comments he sorta sounds lilke The Rock. The then comments, "can you smell what the Ba-Rock is cookin?"
No Strikmore, I don't think she followed it with the people's eyebrow.
it was still cute though.

I would vote for him if he based his campaign around that slogan.

Obama: "Do you think we should still be in Iraq?"
Romney: "Well I.."
Obama: "It doesn't matter what you think!!"
The debates would be classic.

uhg I suck at photoshop, but I think I'm gonna try and find some pictures of Barack and photoshop the people's eyebrow on him. In the mean time. I have a confession to make, The People's champion LOVES the pie. Interviewer: Excuse me, Mr. Obama, may I ask you how you think you'll do in the biggest stage of your life? Ba-Rock: Well, first of all, I have a question for you, who are you? Interviewer: I'm Gary Co.... Ba-Rock: IT DOESN"T MATTER WHAT YOUR NAME IS!!! That lady in the third row likes the People's strudel.

Can I just say I love venders. I got a random email a few weeks ago saying how this company would like me to sign up so they can sell their product for an hour and then go watch a Bruins game from a box section. I honestly never believed I'd be lucky enough to see a game in those "luxury forbidden areas" Shit yeah it was cool. Food was lame, but whatever, seats were great, Bud Light was cold, and I made a few more contacts in the biz.

Its weird, I actually enjoy my job. I don't have to deal with the library patrons. Just the books. Got to go to my first hockey game last night (I was looked at funny for rooting for the Canadian team heh), minor leagues but still very cool. Even if the people that surrounded me had no clue what was going on cause they've never seen a hockey game before. They were pissed cause the losing team pulled their goalie at the end (which I know that not everyone knows you can do that, that they don't know the game, but why go?) and thought the last goal scored shouldn't have counted cause the goalie wasn't there. I shouldn't complain really, and just be happy there's hockey in Idaho.

does anyone get why in BT I can grab a file that looks Green and has plenty of supply and yet I never pick up any dl speed? it just says at 0.0KB/s? Available Peers / Completed Peers; 580 / 0 [Snatched: 0]; ; Connected Peers / Completed Peers; 5 / 0 [Pending: 36] [Total Speed: 1463 KB/s]; ; I never understand this program

Ok, there are peers and there are seeders. Seeders have the whole file. Peers are trying to get that file. Now, you can (and do) download from your peers, but only what they've already grabbed from the seeders. What you're showing is a bunch of people (peers) trying to get the file, but zero seeders. So basically, you're all standing around waiting for someone with the file (seeder), to connect. They may or may not ever show up again. If they never show again, all you can get is what your peers managed to get, and you've probably gotten all of that by now.
