 Former Muslim Might Be Executed For Changing Religion I thought this was interesting
How retarded is that? Hopefully, he's cleared of that. Executing someone for a change of religion is dumb.

So he might be released and some psycho clerics are calling for him to be ripped to tiny pieces by angry mobs. Unless this guy is given amnesty in some other country, he's screwed either way.

It sure is a good thing the US took out the Taliban so that Afghanistan could become a free country rather than one run by Sharia law!

Their law was one of the dumbest things about this.
Rule #1: In the new Afghanistan, you are allowed the freedom of religion
Rule #2: In the new Afghanistan, it's still illegal to change your religion if you are Muslim
Gosh, do those contradict each other a bit? I might come off as harsh where this is concerned, but no wonder the average Joe in the Western hemisphere thinks Islamic nations are barbaric. It's stuff like this that gets the press.
