 Some Broadband/Norton LiveUpdate help

Post Some Broadband/Norton LiveUpdate help
just got the broadband connection from comcast the other day... rigged it up through a router so my sister's computer would be connected also.

She connects fine with the exception of running Norton's Live Update... I keep getting an error LU1814. It says I should check and make sure she's connected and try again.

No real help on the Norton site... she's running Norton Antivirus 2k2 and Internet Security 2003.

blah... not even sure what I'm looking for...
