so some thoughts on the tourny...

I actually didn't "win" I chopped first and 2nd, $840 each. I had a massive chip lead with 14 people left- I had 75K 2nd place had 24K. Didn't get involved in too many pots late, and the field more or less caught up to me.

The jockey, who finished 3rd, decided he'd play just about every hand late in the tourny and it worked well for awile, but I was watching him seeing that he was playing "stupid aggressive" not knowing when to stop betting/raising.
Finally it got down to the final 3, and we all had about 90K if I remember, and I had a couple BB lead over the other two. I offered to do a 3 way split as the blinds were real high compared to our stacks and BC777 agreed but jockey refused quite bluntly. We tried to change his mind but no go. So like the next hand after all this happened he gets a busted straight draw (I think), and I get aces up and take about half his stack, maybe a bit more.
At this time I, prehaps wrongly, offered BC777 a 50/50 split if we made it heads up and he accepted. About 5 hands later, after jockey won a couple pots I busted him when I went all in with a low draw against his obvious high hand (2 pair) and made a low straight on river to scoop the pot and eliminate him.

One interesting hand that happened between me and the jockey early at final table occured when he raised from bring in with an ace, and I had a low draw and I called. Next hand gave me a pair of 3s, so I had like 23 showing, he bets and I raise to try and get some free cards. He reraises, so I'm thinking ok, I'm way behind. Next card is a good card giving me 4 to a nut low, and I call his bet. 6th st is a blank he bets I call. River is a blank... he checks.. I check and my 3s win a big pot.

Another interesting hand happened about 3/4 way into tourny when I had pocket Qs, and made quads on 5th st. I bet when the quads hit and was called by a guy with like K2 showing. 6th st brings another 2 for him, and I check real fast and he bets and I raise him, and end up winning about a 20K pot when the average stack was still like 12K (I was chip leader before this happened).

Anyways, thats my story, I'm done bragging.
