I went into rehab on Wensday. After trying to comitt suaside on Tuesday night. I checked in hoping for help. I got that. I have finally turned my life around. I am happy to say I am a changed man.

It's probably still too early to say you're a changed man, Pat. Take it from a guy who beat coke, beat speed, and is currently doing his best to whup alcohol....addictions have valleys and peaks before you reach flatlands, bro. I truly hope that you have had a bad enough experience that the current attitude will stick, but I know from experience the feeling of proclaiming yourself free and then finding yourself a week later, justifying the reason you have a tooter in your hand.

The hardest part will be retaining your feeling of worth. If you can do that, you're in the clear.
