The crank shaft has broken somehow, which my car friend was very impressed with, but it means I need a new engine, or a new car.

Re: The August boredom thread ate turtle penis. It would be more expensive to get a new one - it was £1,500, and we're looking at a maximum of £1,000 to get this fixed. So yeah, fractionally cheaper. And we like the car anyway.
